Aba Hamilton-Smith

We care for the children all over the world and we do out utmost to provide a better place for each and every one.

 Executive Director – Aba Hamilton-Phillips, M.A., is an educator, and training professional, with expertise in the areas of good governance and development of vulnerable populations. She has more than 20 years of experience working in several countries throughout West Africa and the United States, respectively.

Aba’s first job was as a high school teacher. That experience birthed her passion for teaching. Her love for teaching has given her the opportunity to teach, train and mentor several thousand people over the span of her career. She has also held several positions in both the private and public sectors.

Aba is credited as the catalyst for the formation of integrity clubs in Liberia’s schools where she, once, served as the Commissioner of Education and Prevention of that country’s Anti-Corruption Commission. She passionately believes that knowledge applied is power, and education is a driver of socio-economic equality. Currently, she doubles as the Senior Trainer of Right to Education, Inc. The experience, drive, and conviction that she brings to bear are unmatched. Aba is passionate, resolute and people centered.

In the United States, our organization provides educational opportunities to disadvantaged and hard to serve groups. We provide trainings on a variety of topics for minority cohorts, including; health education and awareness, financial literacy, diversity and inclusion trainings, immigration clinic, ethics, and integrity.
